ZENDRAWN – STUDIO POLICIES

 

 

Please read the following policies before booking your appointment. These policies are in place to ensure a smooth and fair experience for all clients.

By booking an appointment with Zendrawn, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these policies.

​

Booking & Deposits

​

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.

​

Deposits:

• Are required to confirm your appointment
• Are deducted from the final cost of your tattoo
• Are non-refundable

​

Deposits secure your appointment slot and cover the time reserved for you.

Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

​

Rescheduling

​

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice.

With sufficient notice, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment date once.

​

Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice will result in the loss of the deposit and a new deposit will be required to book again.

​

Cancellations & No Shows

​

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

If you cancel your appointment or fail to attend without notice, your deposit will be forfeited.

​

A new deposit will be required to make another booking.

Late Arrivals

​

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment rescheduled depending on the schedule for the day.

Late arrivals may result in the loss of the deposit.

​

Age Requirement

​

You must be 18 years or older to receive a tattoo.

Valid photo ID may be required at your appointment.

​

Zendrawn operates under UK tattoo regulations and cannot tattoo anyone under 18.

​

Consent & Health Information

​

All clients must complete a consent form before their appointment.

This form includes health and medical questions to ensure that tattooing is safe for you.

Please inform your artist if you have:

• Any medical conditions
• Allergies
• Skin conditions
• Blood disorders
• Pregnancy
• Medications that may affect healing

​

Zendrawn reserves the right to refuse tattooing if it is considered unsafe.

​

Design Policy

​

Zendrawn specialises in tiny and fine line tattoos.

​

Designs may be adjusted slightly to ensure they:

​

• Heal clearly
• Age well in the skin
• Work well as fine line tattoos

​

Extremely small or highly detailed designs may need to be resized.

​

Numbing Cream

​

Numbing cream is not recommended for fine line tattoos as it can affect how the skin reacts during tattooing and how the ink settles in the skin.

​

If you have applied numbing cream prior to your appointment, please inform your artist.

​

Right to Refuse Service

​

Zendrawn reserves the right to refuse service if:

​

• A client appears intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• The requested tattoo is deemed unsafe or unsuitable
• A client behaves in an aggressive or inappropriate manner

​

The safety and wellbeing of both clients and artists is always the priority.

​

Aftercare Responsibility

​

Aftercare instructions will be provided after your appointment.

Proper aftercare is essential for healing and the final appearance of your tattoo.

Zendrawn cannot be held responsible for issues caused by improper aftercare or failure to follow aftercare advice.
